01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In large bowl, combine rolled oats and chocolate chips.
03 - Add melted butter and brown sugar to oat mixture. Stir until evenly coated and mixture holds together when pressed.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly with back of spoon.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and cookies are set.
06 - Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
