01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Lay turkey slices flat on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on each slice, then top with half a slice of cheese.
03 - Roll up each turkey slice around the stuffing and cheese, securing with toothpicks if needed to hold the shape.
04 - Arrange the roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, spacing them evenly.
05 - Pour the gravy evenly over the roll-ups. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
06 - Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
